  1. aha! now I know why I find myself so relaxed after spending half an hour bird watching 🙂
  2. The introduction of penicillin in the 1940s, which began the era of antibiotics, has been recognized as one of the greatest advances in therapeutic medicine!
  3. I just walk back and forth out front street. If I'm feeling energetic I jog for short distances, just to make my heart beat faster.
  4. Is it a a good idea to buy the most expensive then?
  5. The BMW iX is hands down, better than the Model S 🙂
  6. My car is insured by State Farm, in fact all my cars are insured by them. I'm a happy customer 🙂 State Farm is the largest property and casualty insurance provider in the United States. It is also the largest auto insurance provider in the United States. State Farm is ranked 36th in the 2019 Fortune 500, which lists American companies by revenue. State Farm relies on exclusive agents (also known as captive agents) to sell insurance. Only State Farm agents can sell State Farm insurance, and their agents can sell only State Farm products.

  8. It’s not that cutting things out will magically make you lose weight, it’s that you’ll be eating less overall. The bottom line is this — cutting something out of your diet does not increase your intake. There’s nothing magical about vegetables or fruits that are calorie-free. You can still eat more of them! The foods we eat, especially vegetables and fruits, have billions of chemical compounds. A lot of people get away with eating virtually none of these chemicals, but if you do eat more of them, you could potentially be putting your health at risk. For example, a lot of synthetic chemicals that are in common foods are linked to higher rates of cancer and neurological disorders.
  9. Diet soft drinks actually contain a ton of sugar. So are chocolates, sodas, and other packaged foods. When you cut these items out, you’re going to feel less hungry. But without also cutting in things like organic meat and pasture-raised eggs, you won’t be getting a whole lot of nutrition in those foods, which will not help you lose weight. And the fact that sugar contributes to so many diseases doesn’t mean you should eliminate it from your diet.
  10. A lot of diet tips out there are not based on current science. There are, however, some diet tips that will work for you. Eat more vegetables Eat less red meat Eat less sugar Eat less processed food If you’re struggling with your weight, you probably know a number of things are working against you. You aren’t exercising enough, you’re eating too many packaged, processed foods, you’re eating too much sugar, and you’re eating too much fat. One of the most effective tricks that weight loss gurus often used to imply that something is working against you is to suggest that you should cut back on this or that food group. But this advice is often harmful for several reasons.
  11. In America, the diet industry brings in over $60 billion a year. A large chunk of this is spent on quick-fix products that promise to help you lose weight without changing your lifestyle in any meaningful way. The rest are for "lifestyle change" diets that require you to radically alter your habits and cut out entire food groups. But is it all hype? Does anyone actually have a diet that works? And how much do we really know about what works when it comes to losing weight and keeping it off? We've got three diet tips guaranteed to work, based on current science!
